22. Stack: Where the Minister exercises the powers provided for in the third paragraph of section 114 of the Act and orders the installation of a stack to permit the sampling of contaminants emitted by a hot mix asphalt plant, the height of such stack shall be equal to 10 times its interior diameter measured on a straight section proceeding from any bend or any other point of disturbance of gas to the emission of such gas into the atmosphere.

22.
